Gris Alves has over 20 years of experience with meditation, and somatic work as well as over 20+ years working full time in a high stress environment of the justice system as a Federal Public Defender Investigator.
She brings the tools that have kept her grounded, calm and able to focus to assist the modern work force.
Gris is a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, 500 RYT Trauma Informed Yoga teacher and has truly reaped the wellness benefits of BEcoming Aware of the innate intelligence of the body to slow down, calm and heal itself and as a result, lead a more joyful content and productive life.
