Trauma and intense emotions can get stored and locked into the body. One of the best ways to discover and transmute these blocked energies is through movement. Through these private 1:1 classes, you will explore a Vinyasa style practice and series of mindfulness exercises to work through and move stressors and blockages stored in the physical and emotional bodies.
