We will learn and explore tecniques and practices on how to calm our nervous system, notice resistance, learn compassionate patience with our human experience and become more resilient ~ .

The intention of coming to a deeper  awareness of Presence~

A continued awakening to the beauty, intensity and reality of our human experience~
