About the Event
The retreat is hosted at the gorgeous Breathe Inn nestled in award winning wine county. The retreat will include Compassionate Mindfulness and Movement for healing trauma and softening into an open heart. Plant Spirit (Mushroom) Ceremony, Breath Work, Temaxcal (Sweat Lodge) Trauma Informed ALL bodies accesible Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. All delicious vegetarian food and round trip ground transportation from San Diego to the Breathe Inn included. Cost:$1,333.00 each for a 4 person occupancy. Space is limited. $350.00 down payment (via venmo, zelle or bank transfer) holds your spot.
