Magic Mindfulness could not have came at a better time for me, just a couple days before I learned about the workshop, I felt I was drowning and didn't know what to do. I was tired of conventional therapy. Gris has been a great guide and support through this special mindfulness practice. I began this self-discovery journey several years back and have joined several different groups to facilitate my meditation practice.
