What People Are Saying:

I also took the course to prepare for my first macro dose of psilocybin, and a few days after the last group meeting Gris and Julio guided me through the entire experience. It was absolutely the most beautiful and profound experience I've ever had. So much childhood trauma that I was carrying around in my body for so many years was released in one day. Year of learning about mindfulness from many different teachers suddenly condensed into a fully embodied experience that was so clear and easy to experience in a way I never could before...

On the first day of the course I started micro dosing with psilocybin mushrooms for the first time. The effect of the mushrooms is very subtle, barely even noticeable, but I can tell my mood is better and I don't have as many negative thoughts on the days when I micro dose.

Group meetings have always been difficult and uncomfrotable for me, but there is something powerful about hearing others share openly about their experience and being able to share about my own. Gris is very skillful at creating a space where we all feel safe, seen, and heard, and she puts so much loving intention into the work she does.
